Solar Water Heating – Collector Chassis Assembly

Use the M6×12mm bolts and large washers to connect the vertical rails to the solar heating collector manifold

Fit the hose clips into the base rail of the collector, taking into consideration the best orientation for yourself when on the roof

Use the M8×40mm bolts, lock nuts and large washers to connect the base rail to the vertical rails

Smear lubricant inside the sockets
