We researched for three months in the summer of 2008 to find a solar water system and supplier and Aztec came out best not only in their price but also in their communication with us. They were very happy to answer queries and change the specification to meet our needs and there was never any ‘hard sell’ that we encountered from other suppliers. One crucial difference for Aztec was that they did not hide the cost of scaffolding to install the system – they could do it without and this made them even better value for money. When it came to installation, they took two days and were efficient, tidy and considerate in the house. Over the winter of 2008/09 we had our gas boiler supplementing our hot water for just 1/2 an hour every day. From late May 2009 we have switched this off and we get plenty of really hot water just from the solar system itself. We have saved large amounts of money by using our new solar hot water to replace an inefficient electric shower as well as our normal hot water costs. Since installation, their support has been excellent. Aztec have always responded quickly to any queries we have had.
