To whom it may concern. I had a solar water heating system installed by Aztec Ltd in August and to date this has performed 100% in line with the estimates provided by Aztec. Every day, the solar heating system has successfully reduced the requirement for my oil-fired boiler to heat water and on many days it has totally negated this requirement.

I chose the Aztec system because compared with other systems that I considered, it was clearly evident that it had been professionally engineered to provide a superior and dependable solution. The installation team were extremely knowledgeable regarding the technology with which they were involved and the use of pre-assembled sub-systems made for a quick and error-free installation.

On reflection, I would suggest that the pre-assembled sub-system nature of the Aztec system would put its installation within the capabilities of competent self builders.

Its working very well and I am excited to say that I am even getting hot water in November which I wasn’t expecting. The guys were very professional and if I had any questions no matter what they were (I am not technically minded, so I asked for rather a lot of help) they gave me non patronising explanations. They were very eager to help I can see how I will soon be saving money on my bills whilst doing my bit for the planet.

My solar heating was fitted in an efficient, professional way by friendly fitters who are passionate about what they are doing. As soon as the installation was finished I could see the benefits as the Sun started heating the water immediately! Even on relatively dull days the water is still heated to some extent, which saves my boiler having to do the work. Unfortunately there was a minor problem with our system after the installation, but Aztec came out and rectified the problem quickly and without fuss. With the rapid rises in fuel prices, I am treating the system's initial one off cost as an insurance policy against future fuel price rises. Just be careful or you may end up on the extermination list!

Solar water heating is such a good idea with the warm summers and mild winters. I decided to have a solar water heating system installed last year and was really impressed to find that I was still getting hot water well into November. The guys who installed it to me were really helpful and answered all my questions and believe me there were loads of them and sometimes they were probably quite obvious. But I never felt patronised and the service was good. That is really important to me , being a totally non-technically minded male. I also liked the fact that rather than talking to a salesperson I was actually talking to the person who designed bits of it.
